The compression springs are coiled in step helical springs, wrapped and sized in order to exert a compression along the axis of the spring, usually inserted on an axle, or connected to a hole. Subject to compression, they repel the force applied, maintaining the deformations in the elastic.
Among the coil springs applications that can be mentioned:High carbon content steel wire according to UNI EN 10270.1 – SH table
Stainless steel wire according to UNI EN 10270.3 – NS (1.4310) table
Right helix
Wire spring up to 0.8mm: closed not ground
Wire spring over mm. 1: closed and ground
All the dimensions and loads in accordance to UNI EN 15800 table
Lubricated for high carbon steel springs
