The shipping methods are as follows:

• the Courier is a carrier which ensures two delivery attempts at the address specified by the customer in their order;
• if the two delivery attempts had no success, the Courier will hold the shipment in storage and, at the time of collection of the Products at the premises indicated by the Courier, delivery and storage will be charged;
• order status information may be obtained from info@springsonline.it;
• if the order is made up of different types of products, shipping will take place when all the products ordered are available, there will not be separate shipping.

Shipping costs:

• shipping costs are charged to the customer for the Courier Services and are automatically calculated according to the shipping address specified at the time of order placement.
• shipping is free for orders over 150 Euros (One hundred and fifty Euros).

The Courier, considering only working days, delivers products normally in 24-48 hours; for the regions of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia delivery is routinely carried out in 72 hours (working hours), while for the smaller islands ordinary times are estimated in 96 hours; however, the delivery timing indicated above should be considered as merely indicative and not guaranteed because, contingent factors, independent of Springs On-Line, can cause delays.

It is very important for the customer to examine with great care the external appearance of the packages upon receipt. Any tampering with the packaging, damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified, putting SUBJECT TO WRITTEN VERFICATION on the Courier’s proof of delivery.

Once the Courier document is signed, the CUSTOMER cannot make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered.
